How to get rid of acne scars on the face besides doctor visits?

I still have some pimples & little acne on my face but, I want the scars that I have now from previous acne gone, they're not really deep but, it bothers me. Are there any creams, home treatments, or something that really works? I don't have the time or money to have it removed by an doctor or skin
