what is the best teen acne free facewash?

I am not completely acne ridden, but i wish all of my acne was clear better. I mostly break out around my forehead and my chin. Right now, i am using the Neutrogena gold bar, and the on the spot treatment. It sorta works, but my skin gets dried out sometimes and it stil doesnt clear up my skin completely. What should i do to stop my skin from drying out, and what would be the most successful face wash for me? Or should i just stick w/ what i have and just use makeup to cover up
