Does the Acne Free kit get rid of blackheads?

I have a lot of blackheads but u only see them if u are up close but still ive had blackheads for so long i want to get rid of them..i got the acne free kit with the cleanser..toner..and lotion that i started using everyday and im in the sun a lot..which all seems to be helping zits but will the blackheads go away from this too? if not what can i
