Does the Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Stress Control face wash work?

I've been using the aprocot scrub and I saw no noticeable changes so I went out and got the Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Stress Control face wash. I was just wondering if it works pretty good or is it a waste of money? Thanks
