How can my diet affect my acne problem?

I've been diagnosed with acne vulgaris twice... :(
I've tried everything and nothing working(the first time)and I even had lots of cysts..:(
Then,my doctor gave me Roaccutane ( Accutan), and the acne diminished completely..but after 2 or 3 months is started coming back, and now I have some acne in my back too (bacne), but less then the first time.
I'm now starting to take Roaccutan for the second time.
How can my diet affect my acne problem?
