How do I get rid of my acne that's becoming severe again?

I've tried so many acne products, including proactive, tea tree oil, spectro gel, neutrogena, home remedies, and nothing could get rid of my acne. I then took accutane, which cures acne, and it worked, but a year later it came back so I took it a second time. Now it's a year later after my second time using accutane, and my face is getting horrible again (you can't take Accutane more than 2 times). What can I
