What is the best cover up for acne and acne scars?

My acne is getting a lot more under control, thanks to Proactive, or so I think. I do however have a lot of scars, which make me look like I still have a ton of acne. I need a good product, preferebly under $20, that i can purchase at the store.Acne scar solutions and no shine would also be helpful. Basicly anything to make my bad skin look
