What vitamins should I take for acne/acne scars and to make my hair thicker/grow faster?
Can someone please give me a list of vitamins to take for acne and also ones that will help heal acne scars?

Also, what are good vitamins to take to make my hair grow faster and thicker that won't break my skin out?
