Which Acne System Should I Buy: Neutrogena Acne Therapy or the Acne Free System?

I have the Acne Free system, and it works relatively well on my skin. I often miss days to do all three steps, but it still works! I've heard the Neutrogena Acne Therapy System works great, but I'm a skeptic! So, if you could please give some feedback that would be great. They are around the same price, but I am not sure if the quantity is the same.
